JDB is preparing
for an initial public offering and listing on the Lao Stock Exchange

The Joint Development Bank (JDB) has taken a key step toward its first Initial Public Offering (IPO). The bank signed a financial advisory agreement with Lao-China Securities Public Company at a ceremony held at JDB’s headquarters in Vientiane.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Li Lin, Managing Director of Lao-China Securities Public Company, and Mr. Sakhone Yorphanxay, Managing Director and CEO of JDB.
Mr. Yorphanxay stated that offering shares to the public will create more investment opportunities for both Lao and foreign investors.
