The Joint Development Bank (JDB) has signed an agreement on financial advisory services for the first Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the Lao-China Securities Public Company.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Joint Development Bank in Vientiane, when the agreement was signed by the Managing Director of the Lao-China Securities Public Company, Mr Li Lin, and Managing Director and CEO of the Joint Development Bank, Mr Sakhone Yorphanxay.
The Managing Director and CEO of JDB, Mr Sakhone Yorphanxay, said the decision to issue shares to the public through the IPO offered by the Joint Development Bank would open up more investment opportunities for both Lao and foreign investors
